Position: Research Analyst
Location: Kharadi, Pune

Requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in lead research, data enrichment, or sales support roles.
• Proficiency in Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research to identify potential leads, decision-makers, and target companies across industries and geographies.
• Utilize platforms like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and maintain an accurate and updated contact database.
• Segment and qualify leads based on defined parameters such as industry, company size, geography, and decision-making roles.
• Enrich CRM data by verifying and updating contact and company information.
• Analyze lead data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Support marketing and sales teams with research insights for outreach campaigns, account-based marketing, and prospect engagement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing lead generation performance and research outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to GDPR or applicable data protection regulations.
