We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in B2B contact discovery and lead research.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, validating, and enriching prospect data to support demand generation campaigns across global markets.

This role requires strong research skills, data accuracy, and hands-on experience with contact discovery platforms such as Apollo, Slintel, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities1. Contact Discovery & Data Research

• Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers based on defined ICP and campaign requirements.
• Extract accurate contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company information).
• Use platforms such as Apollo, Slintel, and LinkedIn for prospect identification and data gathering.

2. Data Validation & Quality Assurance

• Verify and validate contact data to ensure high accuracy and campaign readiness.
• Maintain data hygiene standards and remove duplicates or invalid records.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and client guidelines.

3. Database Management

• Build and maintain structured prospect databases.
• Update CRM systems with enriched and verified data.
• Segment contacts based on industry, geography, job function, and company size.

4. Campaign Support

• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to meet MQL/SQL targets.
• Deliver research data within defined timelines and SLAs.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with targeted contact research.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead research or contact discovery.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Slintel, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of B2B organizational structures and decision-making hierarchies.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on US, EMEA, or APAC markets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of demand generation and marketing funnels.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
