Research Analyst-Fresh Graduates

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) to join our team as Research Analysts. This role is ideal for individuals at the start of their careers who are eager to develop their analytical, research, and data interpretation skills while contributing to meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research using reliable data sources
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
• Support senior team members with ongoing research projects
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities
• Maintain and update research databases ensuring data accuracy
• Assist in creating dashboards and visual reports
• Perform ad hoc research tasks as required

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• Recent graduates (0–1 year of experience) are strongly encouraged to apply

Eligibility

• Must be based in KSA
• Open to Saudi nationals and locally available fresh graduates

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and research methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Technical Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
• Exposure to research tools or academic projects involving data analysis
