About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its remote team as Market Research Analysts. This position involves identifying, engaging, and connecting professionals across various industries to support client research projects. The role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, eager to learn, and interested in developing expertise in research, communication, and professional networking; all within a flexible, remote environment.

Compensation:

• Monthly compensation based on the number and quality of submissions.
• Additional performance-based incentives for achieving specific milestones.

Working Hours:

• 9 hours per day (including a 2-hour break).
• Schedule aligned with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with industry professionals through approved communication channels.
• Screen and assess potential experts in alignment with specific project requirements.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely delivery of research outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation (preferred).
• Updated LinkedIn profile for professional verification.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• Must not be engaged in full-time employment or full-time studies.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
