Role Overview
We are seeking a Research and Business Development Associate to join our expanding team.
This is a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary role suited to a motivated, detail-oriented fresh graduate who is eager to learn, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities spanning operations, research, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the team.
- Assist in casework and legal drafting for global immigration and investment migration files.
- Conduct structured legal and policy research on global citizenship, residency, and visa programmes.
- Prepare client summaries, draft correspondences, and supporting documents under supervision.
- Assist with client communication, including drafting responses, scheduling consultations, and maintaining organised records.
- Track and update immigration programme requirements, costs, and policy changes from official sources.
- Support business development activities such as preparing partnership briefs, outreach summaries, and maintaining lead databases.
- Contribute to document management and workflow coordination across departments.
- Prepare marketing or presentation materials when required for client or partner projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related discipline).
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting ability.
- Highly organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning other administrative software and online research tools.
- Self-starter, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic, international work environment.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and adapt to a multi-tasking role.
