Part-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Clindove Research is seeking a Research Assistant to support patient-facing clinical trial activities at our independent research site in Downtown Brooklyn.

This role is ideal for:

• Pre-med gap year graduates
• Foreign MDs
• Pre-med students with consistent Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM availability

About Clindove Research

Clindove Research’s mission is to serve the Brooklyn community with free, preventative, and study-related healthcare while advancing brain and metabolic health through clinical research .

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient visits and study flow
• Support informed consent and patient education
• Help prepare for study visits and maintain visit organization
• Assist with documentation and other clinical research activities
• Work closely with the research team to create a strong patient experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with patients in person
• Strong interest in medicine, clinical research, or healthcare
• Able to learn quickly and follow clear processes
