Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carries out experiments as instructed by PI. RA will receive training to be able to perform the techniques required to complete the project.
  • Monitors inventory of essential lab supplies and order additional supplies when required.
  • Prepares solutions, buffers and media.
  • Gathers, organizes, enters and analyzes data; perform literature searches on computer and retrieve literature from library.
  • Incorporates new information/techniques into experiments with PIs approval.
  • Maintains a safe and orderly lab environment. Makes sure lab environment complies with safety regulations.
  • Performs other and related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and zero-one year of related experience.
