Research Assistant / Network Administrator / Data Survey (Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support research activities, maintain network systems, and collect, analyze, and manage survey data. This fully remote position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online and database research to gather accurate information.
Design, distribute, and manage online surveys.
Collect, clean, organize, and analyze research and survey data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor and troubleshoot network systems and connectivity issues.
Configure user accounts, permissions, and network security settings.
Maintain documentation of IT systems and research processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routers, firewalls).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience using Excel, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
