Providing support for managing all payments flow through Agent Accounts (held in UAE), including calculation of the payment amounts, preparation of remittance instructions, etc.
Manage and monitor Information Undertakings and Financial Covenants reporting to ensure documentation compliance and sharing these documents with lenders in a timely fashion
Maintain various Security in various facilities including coordinating with internal document management teams, lenders, and any other concerned parties.
Liaising regularly with various departments (i.e. Inward Payments, Outward Payments, Compliance, Relationship Bankers, Risk etc.) within the bank and manage enquiries from the Lenders pertaining to transactions in the portfolio.
Updating KYC in various accounts and fulfill all compliance/regulatory requirements
Effectively deliver the Facility Agency and Security functions to ensure highest service standards and adherence to strict timelines, but most importantly, fulfilling any fiduciary obligations, if any, without any conflict of interest and maintaining impartiality to all parties
