Basic Function and Responsibility:
To provide basic assistance and support a clinical-translational research lab. This is a temporary, part-time position suitable for a student interested in gaining experience in clinical research.

Supervision will be provided by a designated mentor or study coordinator. The research assistant is expected to show initiative in learning and applying new skills while seeking help when needed.
This position offers trainees valuable exposure to the workings of a clinical research environment, fostering skills that can be beneficial for future educational and career pursuits in healthcare and research.

Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
