Profile Summary

The Research Consultant will contribute to organizational growth through in-depth research, writing research papers, and managing the complete publication cycle. The role involves developing thesis, dissertation projects, literature reviews, review articles, and book chapters, along with preparing well-structured manuscripts for Scopus, Springer, and other reputed journals. Candidates with a Master’s degree or PhD (freshers or experienced) are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Research & Writing

• Conduct comprehensive research across multiple domains and produce high-quality research papers, review articles, thesis chapters, and dissertation content.
• Prepare and refine book chapters, literature reviews, and analytical content aligned with academic and journal standards.
• Ensure all documents are well-structured, properly written, and suitable for publication.

2. Publication & Journal Coordination

• Manage end-to-end publication workflow including journal selection (Scopus, Springer, UGC-care, etc.).
• Understand and follow journal submission guidelines, formatting, and requirements for published articles.
• Coordinate with editors and journal teams, track submission progress, and handle revisions or queries promptly.

3. Research Development & Quality Assurance

• Maintain high accuracy and originality in all written work.
• Review and enhance manuscripts to meet academic excellence and journal quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all research outputs adhere to ethical writing and publication standards.

Knowledge & Skills

• Education: PhD / Master’s degree in any field (freshers or experienced candidates eligible).
• Must have published or contributed to 1–2 research papers, journals, or book chapters.
• Strong understanding of research, publication processes, research methodology, and academic writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Scopus and Springer publication standards is a plus.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
