️ Role Overview

We are looking for a Research & Content Associate with strong written and verbal communication skills to support research-driven content creation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry, market, and competitor research using primary and secondary sources
• Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
• Develop well-structured, business-ready content (reports, competitive analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, strategy briefs)
• Adapt tone and depth for different audiences, including founders, investors, and internal teams
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, summarization, and drafting with human validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert inputs into clear, logical documentation
• Present insights concisely with strong attention to detail and structured thinking

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or certification in research, content, or analytics is a plus (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
