Join our BSC- Psychology department as a Research Coordinator I, where you’ll play a key role in supporting innovative human subjects research while collaborating with faculty, clinicians, and trainees.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of research studies from helping recruit and screen participants to supporting data collection, managing databases, and ensuring studies stay on track and compliant with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with investigators to coordinate study activities, track progress, and contribute to reports and presentations that help move research forward.
Beyond research, you’ll also be an important part of the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes helping coordinate meetings, maintaining departmental records, tracking program outcomes, and supporting quality improvement and program evaluation efforts. You’ll also assist with onboarding and training activities while helping keep communication flowing across a collaborative and mission-driven team.

Position Summary:
Coordinates and supports the conduct and management of human subjects research projects within Psychology Services, including participant recruitment, screening, informed consent procedures, data collection, database management, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and dissemination activities. Assists investigators with study implementation, project logistics, maintaining research records, preparing reports, monitoring progress toward study milestones, and ensuring adherence to research protocols and deadlines. Provides administrative and operational coordination for Psychology Services at the Behavioral Sciences Center (BSC), including scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining departmental records and databases, tracking program metrics and outcomes, assisting with quality improvement and program evaluation initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, supporting onboarding and training activities, and coordinating communication among faculty, trainees, and staff.
