UTHealth Houston Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is hiring a part-time Research Coordinator II to join their team of professionals to support the implementation and data-related activities of a research project evaluating the acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility of evidence-based interventions for trauma within pediatric primary care settings. This project will be conducted across three UTHSC pediatric primary care clinics and involves qualitative interviews, stakeholder engagement, REDCap database development, data management, literature review activities, and a stepped-care intervention model.
The part-time Research Coordinator II will play a critical role in building and maintaining REDCap databases, supporting data cleaning and descriptive statistics for quantitative datasets, running analyses, and assisting with qualitative data coding and inter-rater reliability checks. This individual will also support targeted literature searches on TF-CBT in primary care and trauma-informed interventions, assist with reference management using tools such as EndNote or Zotero, and contribute to literature reviews and manuscript-related activities.

Position Summary:
Under general supervision, assists with human subject research project conduct and management, including participant recruitment and data collection, entry, management, and analysis. Assists with research project logistics, maintaining records, preparing reports, and meeting research milestones and deadlines.
