Job Role / Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to contribute to assigned academic, administration and education support.

Your job responsibilities will include:To ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.

  • To assist in monitoring the progress and record keeping of research activities.
  • To assist in preparing reports, manuscripts & abstracts for publication/presentation and grant
  • applications, as required by investigators, administration, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
  • To prepare and keep records of teaching / research materials.
  • To assist in conducting practical lab sessions.
  • To maintain and keep records of Lab. equipment.
  • To follow the rotation schedule assigned by the reporting person.
  • To raise Purchase requisition (PRs), Material Stock Requests (MSRs), and payment requisition in alignment with research and teaching requirements.
  • Assist in the grant budget, GVR, ensuring optimal allocation of funds for teaching, research, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct cost analysis for research projects and teaching activities to optimize resource utilization and identify areas for cost savings.
  • To ensure compliance with the applicable quality standards of certified and accredited bodies with whom the organization is certified and / or accredited.
  • Undertaking activities for continues for professional development in line with the plan.
  • Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the reporting person.


Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

  • MSc degreein relevant field of study
  • 2-3 years of related work experience in health care institution
  • excellent hands on strategic management planning and trouble shooting skills
  • proficiency in computer skills
  • good knowledge of employee relation techniques
  • good communication & interpersonal skills.
