Job Title: Research & Data Analyst – Renewable Energy Sector
Location: J Block, Johar Town, Lahore
Shift & Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM — Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: Rs. 125,000 – Rs. 150,000 per month

Pakistan Solar Association (PSA) is a leading organization dedicated to promoting the solar and renewable energy industry across Pakistan. The association focuses on policy advocacy, market intelligence, and industry collaboration to support the sustainable growth of the renewable energy sector.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Research & Data Analyst to join the team at Pakistan Solar Association. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, collecting market data, and supporting the preparation of analytical reports and insights for the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of PSA’s research database.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret market data related to solar and renewable energy.
• Assist in the preparation of industry reports, market intelligence briefs, and presentations.
• Track and summarize trends in energy economics, policies, and technologies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure data accuracy and insightful reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Data Analytics, Energy Studies, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in research, data collection, or economic analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector (solar preferred) is a plus.
