Research & Development - Cosmetics

One of the leading cosmetics manufacturing company based in Dubai immediately looking for a R & D Executive. Candidate should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in the formulation role. Below mentioning the responsibilities;

* Manage R&D activities for new product development (Prototype development, tooling development, stability studies, specification setting etc.) followed by scale up & technology transfer at manufacturing sites for successful commercialization of products.

* Formulation and reverse engineering of a variety of cosmetics products

* Meeting with and sourcing suitable raw materials from various suppliers for new product development

* Using a variety of lab equipment to create and conduct stability test for multiple versions of new products

* Scale up of approved formulations up to production volume

* Setting product specifications and production procedures

* Supervision of pilot and initial production batches

* Liaise continually with the R&D Manager to ensure maintenance of development schedule

* Maintaining the policies and procedures of ISO & GMP

* Be ready to complete a variety of different tasks as urgency dictates
