We’re Hiring: Research & Development Innovation Specialist – Confectionery (Chocolate / Arabic Sweets / Bakery)

Location: Riyadh


Delham Group is expanding its Innovation team and seeking a talented R&D Specialist to support the development of new products across chocolate, oriental sweets, confectionery, and bakery categories — covering both industrial and artisan-style product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product development from concept to prototype and production trials.
  • Work closely with chefs to create and refine recipes (artisan + industrial).
  • Track market trends and propose innovative ideas.
  • Document formulations, specifications, and testing results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Participate in sensory evaluation and shelf-life testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product development across chocolate, confectionery, oriental sweets, or bakery.
  • Experience can be from industrial factories, artisan kitchens, or semi-industrial production — as long as the candidate has hands-on involvement in product formulation and development.
  • Strong understanding of ingredients, formulations, and development processes.
  • Excellent documentation, creativity, and coordination skills.
