🔧 About the Role

Join our innovative R&D team as a Mechanical Engineer III , where you’ll design and develop advanced electromechanical systems, components, and capital equipment. You’ll take ownership of design projects from concept through production, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about mechanical design, product development, and hands-on problem solving in a regulated industry.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
  • Lead and guide a small engineering team through design and development phases.
  • Apply analytical methods like FEA, tolerance analysis, and DOE to solve complex design challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and quality).
  • Conduct testing, analyze results, and implement design improvements.


💡 What You Bring

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or MSME).

✅ 8+ years of experience in electromechanical or capital equipment design.

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

✅ Proven ability to work independently and manage small project teams.

💎 Bonus: Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries.
