Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and analytical R&D professional to support the development, testing, and improvement of products, systems, and processes. The role focuses on research, prototyping, performance evaluation, cost optimization, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new products, materials, systems, or process improvements.
• Analyze market trends, client requirements, and technical standards to support product development.
• Design, test, and evaluate prototypes and samples.
• Improve existing products for performance, quality, durability, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and project teams for product implementation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and certifications.
• Support value engineering and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Materials / Industrial) or related field.
• 3–7 years of R&D experience (depending on seniority).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of testing methods, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / technical analysis tools (role-dependent).
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aluminum, façade, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASTM, EN, ISO).
• Experience in product certification and testing laboratories.

If this is for an Aluminum & Façade Company (Optional Add-on)

• Develop and test curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminum system solutions.
• Coordinate system testing (air, water, structural, thermal performance).
• Support mock-ups, system approvals, and client technical presentations.
