Job Description:

We are a fast-growing technology company specializing in innovative product development and smart energy monitoring solutions. Our multidisciplinary team leverages cutting-edge design tools and advanced engineering technologies to bring new ideas to life. We are seeking a talented Electrical Research Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing new innovative products across electrical sensing, signal analysis, and embedded hardware.

Responsibilities:

Designing and prototyping analog and mixed-signal front-end circuits for signal sensing

Developing and validating signal processing algorithms on embedded systems

Programming and debugging MCUs and DSPs using C/C++

Integrating and testing hardware with devkits, evaluation boards, and custom PCBs

Conducting hands-on lab work including oscilloscope measurements, signal characterization, and hardware debugging

Performing rigorous testing and validation to ensure reliable real-world performance

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and product development

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred

2-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronics hardware development and prototyping

Solid understanding of analog circuit design, signal conditioning, and power electronics fundamentals

Experience programming MCUs or DSPs (STM32, TI C2000, or similar) in C/C++

Practical experience working with devkits, evaluation boards, and lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters)

Familiarity with AC power systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

Must be immediately available and already based in the UAE

Qualifications :

Experience with DSP techniques such as FFT, windowing, or harmonic analysis

Exposure to wireless communication protocols, particularly LoRa or other LPWAN technologies

Experience with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers)

Basic Python or scripting experience for data analysis and test automation

Familiarity with version control (Git) and structured development workflows

Language:

Excellent professional communication skills in English (both technical and non-technical)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
