Research Manager - INN

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients

• Builds strong relationships with customers and can advise clients effectively on a course of action, adds insight to key client issues, and can identify and convert business development opportunities in accordance with Client First principles.
• Directly handles the (business) relationship with the client in all the research stages, provide and/or acquire information useful for the purposes of project closure and maintaining a full level of satisfaction of the client himself.
• Develops responsibility for sales budget

People

• Takes an active role in managing other team members according to leadership behaviors and works with the team leader to share management responsibilities and ensure compliance with HR processes
• Organizes delegation within the team and upwards appropriately (e.g. running project catch-ups with little input from the RD or SLL, …)
• Provides project guidance, support, and coaching to junior team members

Research

• Guarantees the autonomous management and closure of research processes through a constant supervision of the workflow and an effective organization of the activities of executives on projects
• Execution of standardized and sometimes complex delivery processes and methods in a variety of contexts

Finances

• With the supervision of own manager, works on the costs estimate for research projects and the relative financial offer to the client, ensuring projects profitability
• Ensure compliance with Ipsos internal Finances processes

Communication

• Demonstrates effective communication skills, adapts communication style and tone according to audience and message
• Takes active part to MarCom activities and becomes an Ipsos ambassador
