</b></p><p>The Public Affairs Service Line is the world leader in Social and Opinion Research at Ipsos. We work with clients on political and public opinion polling, citizen and stakeholder management, social policy improvement, sustainable development strategy and identifying societal trends and perceptions across several sectors. We assess how government and public affairs policies as well as societal trends and views impact our client&rsquo;s brand/products/markets/policies.</p>

About Role</b></p>
<p>
As a Public Affairs Manager, you will lead a team of research professionals, overseeing project execution, proposal development, and client engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the future of public affairs research in Pakistan.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities</b>
</p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic counsel and insights.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Develop winning proposals that address client needs and showcase Ipsos expertise.</li>
<li>Contribute to thought leadership and business development initiatives.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of research executives and senior research executives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>16 years of education in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public policy, marketing research).</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in market research or public affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful project delivery and proposal writing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.</li>
<li>Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the Pakistani political and social landscape.</li></ul></div><p></p>

</b></p><p>The Creative Excellence Service Line helps our clients attain best-in-class advertising that drives business results. We do this by aiding Creative Development (help with creating advertising), Creative Assessment (help with assessing advertising and providing guidance to improve it) and Creative In-Market (ad tracking once the advertising is launched).
</p><p>Beyond the day-to-day Creative Excellence periodically publishes thought leadership within the industry to showcase innovative ideas, insights, and point of views on a range of topics. Some examples include Advertising on TikTok, Super Bowl Awards, Sustainability, Representation in Advertising, Cultural Relevance and more. We also have incredible industry partnerships with the ARF, ANA, The Female Quotient, SeeHer, Effie, and Contagious.
</p><p><b>What you can expect to be doing:
</b></p><ul><li>Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to their advertising research needs
</li><li>Collaborate with team to design strategic questionnaires, analyze data, and interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations
</li><li>Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, ensuring expert advisory, and providing thought leadership with support from senior members
</li><li>Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth/new product/employee training &amp; engagement)
</li></ul><p><b>This might be the job for you if you have:
</b></p><ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
</li><li>2+ years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights
<ul><li>Advertising experience is a plus
</li></ul></li><li>A curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of advertising
</li><li>Experience working with data and extracting meaningful insights
</li><li>An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment
</li><li>A knack for storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally
</li><li>Some experience with survey design, sampling plans, analysis, and delivery
</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
</li><li>Ease and confidence with &ldquo;thinking on your feet&rdquo;
</li><li>Business acumen and critical thinking skills
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
</li><li>Experience thriving within a team environment, while making contributions to a positive culture
</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office &amp; Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides)

Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
