We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Research Nurse to support outpatient quality assurance (QA) initiatives within our Ambulatory Neuroscience program. This role combines clinical expertise with research coordination to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in outpatient neuroscience studies and patient services.
Work location: 800 5th Avenue, Suite 500, Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Here’s What You Need
Bachelor's Degree Nursing (required)
Master’s degree (MSN) (preferred)
RN - Registered Nurse with an active license in good standing (required)
3 years of RN Nursing experience (strongly preferred)
2 years Clinical Research work experience (required)
2 years in Neuroscience (preferred)
CRCC - Certified Clinical Research Coordinator within 2 Years Upon Hire (required)
CRCC - Certified Clinical Research Coordinator Upon Hire (preferred)
BLS - Basic Life Support (required)
Experience in Quality Assurance, Research Compliance, or Clinical Auditing (preferred)
Familiarity with IRB protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and FDA regulations (preferred)
Proficiency in electronic data capture systems, EHRs, and clinical trial management (preferred)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels
Ability to work in team environment
Maintain a positive, caring attitude towards patients
What You Will Do
Develop and implement QA protocols specific to outpatient neuroscience research and clinical workflows.
Monitor adherence to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and institutional policies.
Conduct data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity in research documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, and clinical teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Educate staff on QA procedures and contribute to training efforts related to research compliance and patient safety.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and research efficiency.
Lead the design and implementation of outpatient quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across clinical operations.
Drive the development of outpatient QA frameworks that enhance care delivery, support regulatory standards, and promote data-driven performance improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build and refine outpatient QA protocols, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices in patient care.
Develop and optimize outpatient QA processes to support high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care.
Support the development and implementation of outpatient quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure safe, effective, and compliant patient care.
Lead initiatives to design and enhance outpatient QA protocols, contributing to continuous improvement in nursing practice and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop outpatient QA processes that promote excellence in patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
Play a key role in creating and refining outpatient QA procedures to improve care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and support practice excellence.
