Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including guest access, workspace maintenance, supply and equipment management, and personnel onboarding/offboarding.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external meetings, including room setup, MS Teams or conference line support, note-taking, and tracking of action items.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, talking points, and briefing materials; coordinate task assignments and ensure compliance using systems such as CATMS.
  • Track and respond to FOIA requests in coordination with legal and executive offices; manage document control, versioning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and update internal websites, SOPs, and policy documentation to reflect current procedures and support strategic communications.
  • Implement and monitor internal control measures to mitigate compliance risks; support audits by preparing responses, corrective action plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Manage contract transition activities and provide strategic coordination for leadership initiatives, including content development, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
  • Secret Clearance Required
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 2+ years experience in administrative support and office management
  • 2+ overseeing office operations, including supply and equipment management and workspace maintenance
  • 2+ years with task coordination, compliance tracking systems (e.g., CATMS), FOIA processes, document control, and regulatory compliance
  • 2+ years experience in supply chain management in the defense industry
  • 2+ years experience in data analytics, part of which should be within the Advana platform

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
