This position supports a research team by leading manuscript preparation, including conducting literature reviews, synthesizing findings, and drafting first-authored publications for peer-reviewed journals. The role involves qualitative data analysis—such as reviewing transcripts and applying thematic analysis—while maintaining rigorous data management practices to ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality. The Research Associate will also contribute as a co-author on additional lab publications and assist with qualitative data collection involving youth and parents. Compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements and ethical research standards is essential.
