Reservation Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our boutique hotel pre-opening team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, guest inquiries, booking administration, and supporting revenue generation through effective reservation management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservation systems preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Arabic native speaker preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations and guest inquiries.
• Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate reservation records in PMS.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams.
• Support occupancy and revenue maximization.
