Reservation Agent – Arabic Speaker
who will play a key role in driving room revenue while delivering accurate, professional, and friendly service to our guests.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Handling room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in Arabic and English.

Processing, modifying, and confirming reservations accurately in the hotel reservation system.

Providing clear information on room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.

Upselling rooms, packages, and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
-
Responding professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints related to reservations.

Coordinating closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure booking accuracy.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, availability, and market trends.

Ensuring all reservation records are complete and compliant with hotel standards.
What we need from you:

Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or Reservations Executive, preferably in a hotel environment.

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English.

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (Opera or similar PMS will be an advantage).

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Professional attitude with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
