Job Description:

- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software

-Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.

-Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.

-Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.

Qualifications:

-Open to Tagalog speakers

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a reservation agent in travel and tourism - outbound tour operations.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.

-Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office.
