- Handle individual and group reservations efficiently through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Ensure accurate data entry of bookings in the system (PMS/Channel Manager).
- Provide professional and prompt responses to guest inquiries and booking requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of PMS and online booking systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
