Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle room reservations through phone calls, emails, OTAs, corporate accounts, and walk-ins.
  • Enter, update, and maintain reservation details
  • Provide guests with clear information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping regarding room availability and special requests.
  • Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue.
  • Handle group bookings and coordinate with the sales team when required.
  • Maintain reservation reports, forecast occupancy, and support daily operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
  • Knowledge of room inventory management and revenue principles is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
