Reservation Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IDS software and Tally ERP, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in managing room reservations, optimizing occupancy, and coordinating with multiple hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservation operations, including room bookings, group reservations, and corporate accounts.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update all bookings in IDS software.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and reports using Tally ERP.
• Monitor room inventory, pricing, and availability to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Finance departments for smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, reservations, and revenue.
• Train and supervise the reservations team for high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in reservations within hotels or resorts.
• Proficiency in IDS software and Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues.
• Knowledge of room inventory management, rate structures, and OTAs.
• Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
