InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Reservation Manager to lead our hotel reservations operations. Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in managing all hotel reservation activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay, just moments from iconic landmarks such as Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay offers 176 meticulously designed residences and hotel rooms, combining luxury, comfort, and elegance. As Reservation Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the booking process, setting the tone for their stay and upholding the high standards of the InterContinental brand.

Your Day-to-Day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Reservation Management & Guest Experience
  • Oversee all hotel reservation operations, ensuring accurate bookings, room allocations, and guest preferences are met.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, special requests, and modifications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-in.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
  • Manage reservation systems (PMS/CRS) efficiently, maintaining accurate records and reporting on booking trends.
  • Assist in forecasting, analysis, and reporting of reservation data to support revenue and marketing strategies.
  • Train and mentor reservation staff to ensure consistent service delivery and operational accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, promotions, and packages.
Brand & Service Standards
  • Uphold IHG and Forbes luxury standards in all reservation interactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, amenities, and special offers to guide guest decisions.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication with guests and internal teams at all times.

What We Need from You

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in hotel reservations management within a luxury or five-star environment.
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel reservation systems (Opera, PMS, CRS).
  • Familiarity with Forbes service standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Preferred
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Experience in a multi-property/residence-hotel environment is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin) are advantageous.

  • Polished, professional, and guest-focused with high emotional intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving guest needs or operational challenges.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
