Reservation & Revenue Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Reservation & Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the hotel’s room revenue through effective management of reservations, rate strategies, distribution channels, and forecasting. This role ensures optimal occupancy and average daily rate (ADR) while maintaining excellent guest service standards.

Revenue Management

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts to recommend rate adjustments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management review.
  • Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy).
  • Ensure correct inventory allocation across all distribution channels (OTA, GDS, brand website, direct bookings).
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align revenue strategies with promotions and packages.

Reservations Management

  • Oversee and manage the reservations team to ensure accurate, efficient, and friendly booking services.
  • Maintain room inventory control and manage group blocks, allotments, and contracts.
  • Handle VIP reservations, special requests, and corporate client bookings.
  • Ensure reservation standards are followed (e.g., deposit policy, cancellation policy, booking confirmations).
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Revenue Management and/or Reservations, preferably in an international hotel.
