Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the reservations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings.
  • Handle all room reservation requests via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Resolve guest queries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate reservations staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and standard operating procedures for reservations.
  • Generate reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue trends for management.
  • Stay updated on booking trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office operations (2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
