Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the reservations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings.
- Handle all room reservation requests via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Resolve guest queries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate reservations staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and standard operating procedures for reservations.
- Generate reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue trends for management.
- Stay updated on booking trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office operations (2–3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
