Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and travel booking requests
• Manage flight, hotel, and travel package reservations
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and updates
• Ensure accurate data entry in reservation systems
• Provide travel information and customer support
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
• Confirm booking details and issue travel documents
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
