Key Job Responsibilities:
- Process bookings according to the guest’s different needs and financial budget.
- Assist the guests or client in making reservations, and or group reservations by using a variety of contact methods, such as the phone, email, and online channel.
- Able to confidently apply the feature and benefit sales approach and having in-depth product knowledge of the hotel and its offers.
- Respond to inquiries and grievances from guests in a prompt, courteous manner, and ensure to report the complaint/s to the head of department of any feedback received.
- Provide effective and user-friendly guest service by engaging with all inquiries from guests adhering to Hotel’s operating standards in a manner of turning each inquiry into a successful reservation.
- To ensure that reservations are updated to provide a faultless arrival and departure experience.
- Handle payments and provide with confirmation details to the guests and clients.
- Offer assistance to guests or clients who might need to change or cancel any existing bookings.
- Being engaged to advertise discounts, packages, and special deals by clearly describing the hotel's facilities, pricing, and other amenities to improve the guest experience.
- Work along with the reservation team to guarantee precise inventory control of the rooms.
- Handle every guest with the utmost professionalism, making sure that every reservation is fulfilled precisely in order to meet the higher guest service standard.
- To keep being updated about hotel policies, processes, and reservation and sales trends.
- Develop a constructive connection with your team members and our guests.
Qualification:
- Knowledgeable in working with Opera Cloud or any related system.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Maximum of 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality as Front Office or Reservation agent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic speaker.
- Multi-tasking, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented and possess a goal-setting mindset.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Must have a valid QID with sponsorship transfer documents.
