What You ll Do

* Handle room booking requests by phone, email, and in person using Opera reservations system.
* Convert guest inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
* Process cancellations, changes, and no-shows accurately and promptly.
* Manage rate availability based on business strategy and direction from leadership.
* Coordinate guest requirements with relevant departments (e.g. VIP services, transportation).
* Create and maintain accurate records and reservation reports.
* Apply up-selling and suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services.
* Ensure guest expectations are met from the moment of reservation.

Ideal Profile

* Prior experience in a hotel reservations or front office environment.
* Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Russian or other languages are a plus.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Energetic, positive, and proactive with a guest-first mindset.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
