Reservations and Dispatching Specialist - Limo Company

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Reservations and Dispatching Specialist at U.S Executive Sedan in Lahore. Experience of using Limoanywhere software is a must. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks related to reservations, communication, customer service, sales, and training in the transportation and dispatch department.

Strong customer service is essential, as the specialist handles client inquiries, provides trip updates, and resolves concerns professionally. An additional responsibility includes preparing daily Excel reports or trip manifests and emailing them to clients to ensure transparency, accuracy, and effective coordination.

The position also includes administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records, supporting invoicing and reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Prior experience in transportation, dispatching, or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to support shift-based or 24/7 operations.

• Experience of Limo Anywhere is compulsory

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of transportation and dispatch operations is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
