Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking candidates for the STR project who are flexible with rotational shifts and possess a sharp, quick-thinking mindset suited to a fast-paced support environment.

Job duties include:

• Delivering high-quality support via chat, email, and phone
• Assisting guests with administrative and account-related queries
• Ensuring prompt, clear, and accurate communication to resolve guest concerns efficiently

Skillset Requirements:

• Good English writing and speaking skills
• Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
• Write English without grammatical errors
• Good typing speed and can learn new systems
• Is able to manage different shift timings

Compensation & Benefits:

• Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 80,000 salary
