Role Summary
Accor is looking for a highly motivated Reservations and Revenue Supervisor to oversee reservations operations and contribute to revenue management strategies for Movenpick Dubai. This role ensures seamless booking experiences, accurate inventory control, and effective implementation of revenue optimization practices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a solid understanding of hotel reservation systems.

What You ll Do

* Supervise and manage reservations operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery
* Oversee daily booking activities, confirmations, and ensure compliance with hotel standards
* Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and yield
* Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
* Update inventory, restricted dates, and promotional offers across CRS, PMS, and third-party platforms
* Maintain demand calendars and communicate forecasts to sales and front office teams
* Perform regular competitor rate shopping and recommend pricing adjustments
* Train and mentor reservations agents on upselling techniques and system processes
* Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction
* Support preparation of monthly forecasts, revenue reports, and budgeting processes
* Ensure all reservations and rate codes are accurate and updated in the system
* Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Finance teams for smooth operations

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Management or Reservations in a 4* or 5* hotel
* Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and CRS systems; experience with channel managers and OTA platforms
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Dynamic personality with a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Previous experience with Accor brands or international hospitality chains preferred
