Monitor daily reservations to ensure compliance and timely response to guest requests
Verify accuracy of guest details, rates, and payment methods in all bookings
Conduct spot-checks on reservations and oversee VIP arrivals
Organize and deliver on-the-job and weekly staff training sessions
Keep reservations staff updated on company and hotel developments, rates, and promotions
Maintain discipline, morale, and productivity within the department in line with hotel policies
Prepare reports, duty rosters, and other administrative tasks to support the department head
Promote a sales-focused culture by encouraging upselling and maintaining a strong sales attitude
Safeguard customer and staff information in line with company policies
Ensure high levels of guest service by handling requests accurately and efficiently
Participate in task force teams to support new hotel openings when required
