This position will lead the reservations process at the hotel. Responsibilities will include: monitoring/maintaining group reservations and rooming lists, involvement with hotel inventory, assisting with reservation related training, and attending hotel reservation related meetings.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Working with other Rooms Departments, checking room and room-type availability, to maximize room sales, yield and average room rate through upselling and other inventory and rate management initiatives.

Overseeing and assisting with the processing of individual and group reservations, rooming lists, and other reservations.

Ensuring accuracy of airline manifests, including loading, routing, cancellations, and reporting.

Working closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Monitoring and following up on group blocks and groups with no rooming lists.

Supervise, train, and develop agents.

Preparing and communicating a weekly report detailing pick-ups from groups.
