Reservoir Engineer Sr

Specific Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Reservoir Engineer to join our team. This person will work with a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the assessment and development of Apache’s assets.
Must have 10+ years relevant industry experience working primarily with conventional reservoirs.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• BS in Petroleum Engineering (or related engineering degree)
• 10+ Yrs Reservoir Engineering experience with E&P Company
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and consistently meet project deadlines
• Must be detail oriented
• Self-starter and able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Track record of JV experience preferred
• PVT characterization expertise
• Proficient at economic evaluation and risk/uncertainty assessment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present to Executive-level audience
• Strong data science skills
• Experience using data science, engineering, and geoscience software, including tNavigator/Eclipse, Kappa, PetroVR, OFM, Harmony, Mosaic, Spotfire/Power BI, Python-based data science tools
