THE TEAMAs part of our Residential Services team, you will join a highly dedicated group focused on delivering ultra luxury experiences to our residents and long stay guests. You will work closely with the Residential Manager and collaborate with multiple hotel departments to ensure flawless service delivery and seamless day to day operations.
YOUR ROLEIn this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional residential experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for all resident needs, inquiries, and arrivals. You will manage the check in and check out processes with precision and discretion, ensure timely follow up on payments and agreements, and coordinate special arrangements with care and attention to detail. Your ability to anticipate needs and maintain strong relationships will support the overall success of the property and contribute to the elevated standards of Rosewood Hotel Group.
