Duties and Responsibilities :

As Residences Chief Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Lead and manage the Residences Concierge team, ensuring exceptional, proactive, discreet and highly personalized services for Residences Owners and their guests.
  • Act as the primary lifestyle and experience curator for Residences Owners, understanding individual preferences, routines, expectations and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate all pre-arrival, in-residence, and post-departure services, ensuring continuity of service for long-stay and repeat Residence Owners and guests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Residences and resort teams including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Wellness, Reservations and Food & Beverages teams to deliver seamless residential living.
  • Oversee and curate arrangements for transportation, dining, wellness, cultural activities, private events, celebrations, and bespoke off-property experiences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the destination, regional and international travel, cultural experiences, and Six Senses properties worldwide.
  • Ensure absolute discretion, confidentiality, and data protection for all Residences Owners and Guests.
    • Manage VIP, VVIP, HNWI, UHNWI and Royal Family handling including service recovery and resolution of any concerns with professionalism, empathy and authority.
  • Establish, maintain and regularly review relationships with trusted local and international partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to LQA standards and Six Senses service benchmarks within the Residences and Resort.
  • Maintain accurate residents and guest profiles, preferences, and service history within CRM systems.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and value optimization while preserving service excellence.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance development of concierge hosts.
  • Remain current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the residential product and service offering.
  • Lead the ongoing rejuvenation of the department, ensuring processes remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Processes will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Regularly assess and review Residences amenities, services, products, and rates to ensure continued relevance and competitiveness.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property to ensure consistent adherence to LQA standards and service excellence.
  • Ensure all legal, statutory, financial, safety, security, and emergency procedures are fully complied with.
  • Implement, review and maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards.
  • A high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that interaction and communications between departments within the property are clear and effectively maintained to support the smooth running of the property.
  • Ensure that all activities within my department are carried out ethically, honestly and in full compliance with local laws.
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets, ensuring costs are managed responsibly while maintaining required service standards.
  • Prepare and submit all legally required, confidential, and operational documentation related to the department.
  • Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed by the Director of Residences with a two-way flow of pertinent information and communications.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Director of Residences and/or the General Manager and/or the Resort Manager.

Qualifications :

To execute the position of Residences Chief Concierge, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a senior residential concierge, guest experience leadership, or similar luxury residences operational role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with HNWI, UHNWI, and VVIP clientele.
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury lifestyle management, residential services, and bespoke travel planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with POS, PMS, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, guidelines, facilities, and services.
