About The Role
Four Seasons the Pearl – As part of Four Seasons’ commitment to luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences, this role ensures operational excellence and service quality. The position contributes to maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism in line with Four Seasons’ Golden Rule philosophy.
What You Will Do

Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Maintain compliance with Qatar Labor Law and hotel policies.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Support training and development initiatives for team members.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and respect.
What You Bring

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Legal Compliance: Ability to work under Qatar Labor Law regulations.

Schedule & Hours

Work Type: Full-time.
-
Hours: 48 hours per week (8 hours per day, 6 days a week), with one day off; reduced hours during Ramadan as per Qatar Labor Law.

Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
