Role Overview
The Residency Program Consultant will oversee, manage, and enhance residency programs to meet international and regional accreditation standards. This individual will act as the primary liaison between healthcare institutions, accreditation bodies, and program stakeholders to ensure a high-quality educational environment for residents and fellows.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:

Medical degree with a Master’s or PhD in Health Education or a related field.

Specialized experience in residency programs and graduate medical education is required.
Key Responsibilities
Accreditation and Compliance:

Ensure all residency and fellowship programs meet the standards of international (ACGME) and regional (Arab Board and NIHS) accreditation bodies.

Collaborate with accreditation agencies to address feedback and maintain program compliance.
Leadership in Medical Education:

Oversee the GMEC structure to ensure quality representation and decision-making.

Establish and enforce policies for a supportive and compliant educational environment.
Program Development and Management:

Lead efforts to improve residency and fellowship programs in alignment with accreditation standards.

Maintain a robust feedback and reporting system for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary contact between healthcare institutions, accreditation bodies, and program directors.
