Resident Assistant - (7am-3pm)

Job Purpose:
The Caregiver Specialist of Brighter Life Living, LLC (BLL) is a caring, friendly, thoughtful person who is capable of adapting and responding to the needs of residents and changes at the facility. This person will make sure that the residents receive proper care and treatment, that their health and safety are protected and that their rights are respected.

About Us:
Our goal at the BLL Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) is to meet the physical, mental and emotional needs of each resident while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity privacy and respect - all in an at home community setting. We ensure new residents are eased into the caring and supporting environment developed by staff. We continually work with new and existing residents to enable the growth of positive mental and physical health as well as build independence and confidence.
