Resident Care Aide/ Med Tech

Teal Lake Senior Living Community is a special combination of housing, personalized supportive services and healthcare designed to meet the needs of those who can benefit from help with activities of daily living. There are 38 resident apartments, and the community is perched on the top of a bluff overlooking Teal Lake.

Key job duties of a Resident Care Aide include providing assistance to residents including assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring all resident needs are met and documenting resident care. As a Resident Care Aide, you will be an essential part of our team, providing compassionate care and support to residents. Your core skills in caregiving and personal care, combined with premium skills in first aid, assisted living, and experience working with individuals with diverse needs, will enable you to deliver high-quality care tailored to each resident's unique requirements. Qualifications
- Experience in long term care preferred but not essential. We provide on the job training.
- Proficiency in providing personal care and assistance to residents.
